We know what Tuukka is and isn't.
He's is as technically sound a goalie as I've seen and a master at minimizing the angle ..... but never an acrobat like a Tim Thomas.
When team defense breaks down and cedes too much space in front of the net like it did last night, an acrobat is needed.

Hockey is my favorite sport, the NHL is the greatest sports league there is. It’s similar to what it would be like if every one of the world’s greatest soccer player all went to the English Premiere Division and played against each other every night. Every great hockey player is in the NHL.

I jumped on that wagon after the game 7 loss to the Blues. He's a great statistical goalie in the regular season and will show flashes of brilliance in the playoffs, but when the going gets tough he turtles.

In the 2015 draft the Bruins had 3 picks in a row and the next pick was Barzal to the Isles...then the Isles later take Beauvillier.

That draft will haunt Sweeney in his sleep.

Not hindsight either. Barzal was the clear pick at 13, and they passed him with 13, 14 and 15. Unacceptable
