Statistically, Luck and Rivers are the top 2 QBs. I would have to think that Manning is in the conversation as well, and he may surpass one of them by the end of the night.

That says something about the great year that Rodgers is having when you look at who is above him. It's definitely a QB centric league, that's for sure.

I'm not as sure as you seem to be that their offense isn't better as well. Emmanuel Sanders is an upgrade over Wes Welker.

After only scoring 8 on SEA in the Super Bowl, they came back this year to send the game into overtime in the mid to high 20s (IIRC). They then came close to hanging 50 on SF, and whipped up on SD pretty well too.

If Sanders is the upgrade over Welker, who replaces Decker? I think Decker and Sanders are almost a wash and Welker is worse.

The put up almost 50 against a 49er defense missing several key starters that is not nearly as good as their reputation. They are playing pretty well against a SD defense without both their starting CBs. This is why they are overrated. People are not looking at the teams they are actually playing and basing it based on their reputations. The 49er defense that took the field on Sunday was not very good because they were without a lot of key starters.
