Technically JM could stay in Mass and fly to NYC and back whenever possible.I don't think so. He's basically HC of the offense of a playoff team and this is where his family wants to be.
Do any teams still look at McD as HC material? I feel like that ship has sailedJosh is not leaving.
I just don't think it's likely. Josh seems very happy this year.Technically JM could stay in Mass and fly to NYC and back whenever possible.
People in Mass do it everyday of the week.
But him and BB are solid.I just don't think it's likely. Josh seems very happy this year.
Probably OK.Wonder how they'll be playing when the Pats face them later this year.
Maybe like Josh he’s more cut out as an OC than a HC.He sucks. He was present for Josh Allen developing and has sucked everywhere else.
First, the Patriots would have to release him from his contract for that to happen. Second, why coach a mini-Maye when you can coach the real thing?BB would seek total control unless it was another Pioli type arrangement.
I ask again. If BB asked Mickey D to leave NE to be the Giants OC would he do it?
They are 2-5 with Dart and basically only had success when he abandoned plays and ran.Maybe like Josh he’s more cut out as an OC than a HC.
You gotta give him a little credit for bringing Jaxson Dart along his rookie year.
Even QB whisperer dabol couldn't fix the G men..Didn't give him a chance with J Dart.
You make compelling points. At this point I believe it comes down to if BB is willing to make adjustments with his personal life.. as working for an NFL franchise is totally different than college.. the Mara family isn't going to put up with the BS..Couple of outside the box thoughts:
I know Daboll wanted that promotion but if there is no lingering grudges (which sounds like there might be) it would be a great choice for Bill as an OC either at UNC or if he tried to go back to NFL (which I find unlikely but still fun to discuss).
Obviously the Giants would be interesting for Bill but he wouldn't be able to make use of Daboll there for obvious reasons but let's just suggest Mia going after Bill and Daboll it would be an intriguing duo for an owner to consider.
I think the ship has sailed based on age and because I think Bill is all in on UNC and probably has made very little thought of anything else.
And 78-110-1 win loss record (38-85-1 not counting Buffalo)Browns OC: 29th and 31st scoring offenses
Dolphins OC: 20th
Chiefs OC: 32nd
Bills OC: 30th, 23rd, 2nd, 3rd
Giants HC: 15th, 30th, 31st, 24th
He’s not a qb whisperer.Even QB whisperer dabol couldn't fix the G men..
He's likely next... Cowden knew it was a **** show there.. so likely punched his ticket when he had the opportunity to come here.. IMO.Joe Schoen seems like he might be at least part of the problem. A big chunk of the blame pie goes to him, wouldn't you think?
Maybe UNC will have a vacancy he can fill?I could see him go back to college if he can't find an OC job next season.
