I've gone back and forth on the two but the more I watch tape the more I like Maye.Maye's my pick, and has been all along but i'm not discounting my second choice JJ.
I think he has a lot of the qualities that they will like and said they are looking for (Tough, Proven winner, Leader etc) and as far as i know he's the only QB that has met with Robert Kraft.
We've also been seen as the team most likely to want to trade back, so maybe they think they can trade back and get JJ.
Not saying this will happen but it's a real possibility imo.
The article states that JJ “met with the Patriots brass and even RK made a appearance”Maye's my pick, and has been all along but i'm not discounting my second choice JJ.

FWIW: it's apparently "6 prospects," not 6 QBs.I am wondering if all of the talk about how the Pats are “open for business”, they like 6 QBs, they’ll trade down if Daniels isn’t there, they love JJ, Mayo’s comments about Maye’s low floor, etc… was just a long term smokescreen to keep other teams from realizing they are Maye lovers and to keep Washington locked in on Daniels.
I would prefer Daniels to Drake the Mistake. If Daniels is there at 3, take him. If not, trade back.
You are paid six figures for such insight. What a keen sense of the obvious.
I wish I could get paid 6 figures to provide such insight.
I think Daniels will bust.
He doesn't throw to the middle of the field. He drops his eyes and takes off at the first sign of pressure. He had elite WR's that will both be first rounders, and became too reliant on them, leaving easy completions on the field.
