What? "value" only exists in this context if you're upgrading your personnel, what sense does it makes to spend anything on a player if your team isn't made better for it?

He's was an all pro WR last year with Orton at QB. Imagine a set with Welker, Branch, Lloyd, Hernandez and Gronk recieving...
