Of course this is a great commercial as pointed out by everyone. But what intrigued me was, IIRC, this is Tom's first "local" commercial. I don't remember him doing anything for local company before. Up to now all he did was national gigs.

Could this be a job that was done so he can show IN HIS DEFAMATION SUIT, that he's been forced to do local ads, because of the NFL's actions against him.

BTW- I have read what you have to prove to win a defamation suit. There are four major points. ALL of them seem like they can be proved just with the information that is currently public, let alone what other information that could be found in discovery.

I know this is a stretch, but I REALLY, really want this defamation suit to happen. I hate it when they say in the media that deflategate is over. I will NEVER be over for me until the truth of injustice is revealed in open court. I hope Tom realizes that his legacy is at stake, and a few random articles that trumpet his innocence isn't going to do turn it around for him
