Oh damn, I didn't know I needed a Tag!

Well that seals it, my next car will be an Aston Martin...

Audi contacted Brady before he signed with Aston Martin.

He turned them down because their logo only has FOUR rings.

On a somewhat ironic note, Brady was in an Audi when he had his accident back in 2010.

For a long time I have wanted an Aston Martin. I think they're beautiful and the used ones aren't too too expensive.

But then whenever I see one on the road the driver looks like a ****, so I think... Perfect!

You're right. Maybe the DB11 is properly named as every time I see a high end BMW it has a DB in inside.

None of the products Brady endorses are in my budget. Except may be snickers back in the day. Sucks for me but good for him

It is getting really expensive to support this team and its players. Sigh. OK, I'm in for two.
Can we at least have a reserved section of a parking lot for home games?

Nationwide
Papa Johns
Buick
DirecTv

Aston Martin

Enough said

Brady = Bond

(Giselle = Bond girl?)

So much win for AM. They might sell out production for the next five years.

I would imagine that aston martin dealerships across NE are thrilled right now.

Because the NFL accused him of being a cheater, that would likely constitute defamation per se, which would mean that he wouldn't need to prove damages in order to succeed.

The bigger bar is that as a celebrity, he'd have to prove that they knew they were lying, or acted with "reckless disregard" for the truth.
You are correct legally, but IIRC from what I read about the topic back when it seemed relative, proving financial loss was a big factor in winning this kind of case, which is hard to win by its very nature.

But it was clear that the NFL KNEW they didn't have a case when they went ahead and defamed Brady for almost a full year. They proved it by not allowing the Pats to question the main evidence around which the entire case was based, (the mort report). They proved it when the Wells report and their results for sale lab was outed by a half dozen Nobel Laureates along with thousands of HS science teachers.

And it seemed, at the time, that Brady HAD to be financially damaged because the slander he suffered. So a defamation suit looked like an easy slam dunk, and Brady could win enough from the NFL and Disney to fund his favorite charities into the next century.

Personally I was interested only in what dicovery would have turned up when Brady's lawyers went through the entire cabal's emails and phone records. It would have been pure Patriot fan porn. ;)
