Correct for players that are runners. The rules state that airborne players must have the ball inside the pylon. Stops people from just driving towards the goal line out of bounds from 5 yards away.The ball doesnt have to cross the goal line in bounds, it just has to cross while the player is in bounds still. The ball can be outside the pylon as long as it crosses while the player is inbounds
