Bills might start Jeff Tuel against Pats

Or lose the game making him look like a 1st rounder. The Pats suck when it comes to playing against rookie and backup QB's.

That being said, though, Tuel isn't your typical rookie starter. He hasn't outplayed anybody, he's just the last man standing.

Well, I've never even heard of this guy.

At Washington State his teams were 10-38 while he was there. Think Jay Cutler with a worse college team.. He did put a scare in Luck's 2011 Stanford team......

4-2 vs first year starters and 8-2 vs veterans.

While Locker played some his first year he never started or at least according to NFL.com he never started.

I remember Tuel having a promising sophomore season in an awful WSU team, but he missed almost entirely his junior year (got injured in the 1st game IIRC) and as a senior I didn't follow him much but from what I heard he didn't do well.

Anyway, he'll probably lit up the Pats' defense.

Should I bench Andrew Luck and start this guy for my fantasy team in Week 1?

I'd take a flyer on him in the last round. If he has a good game perhaps you can trade him before his stock crashes in week #2.

I wouldn't sleep on this guy.... UDFA or not, the guy has 104 passer rating in the preseason. Granted, pre-season means nothing, but I guarantee you that 104 is better rating than both of our backups combined...
