Bills do NOT match Gillislee

Interesting to also see AP signing with Saints for similar money likely(3mil a year on nfl.com).

Narrative just went from

"WOW BILL BLEW IT AGAIN! Shouldn't have wasted all that money on Guy and Gilmore and he could have afforded him!"

to

"Mike this is UNBELIEVABLE! They win the Super Bowl and cheapen out on Blount and overpay for this Gillee guy. Belichick's hubris knows no bounds."

They literally waited until 1 minute before close of business today (4:00 PM Eastern) to make their decision. Thanks a lot, a**holes.

Honestly, should we really expect them to do the Pats a favor? They took the logical course, IMO, both in declining the match and drawing it out.

Anyway, welcome aboard, Mr. Gillislee!

To state the obvious, it will be fascinating to see how the RB group works out with Gillislee, Burkhead, White, Lewis. We do have two guys signed for next year now, with Gillislee and White so the RB position past this year has taken a little shape.

Good news... well, maybe not for everyone...

Good deal. Glad to see us finally put the multi-thread hysterics to bed

I will be curious how he compares to Peterson in NO and Blount in GB more than likely.
