Some really mind boggling decisions over the last few weeks. I don't care what Joe Thomas and the other guy said on the broadcast yesterday, I hated going for two there. It basically takes all the wind out of your sails if you end up down 9 there. Hypothetically the team should still believe there is a chance in a one score game but down two scores with how the defense was playing and under 3 minutes it was over the second that Polk fell on his face. The clock management against Miami before the half last week was a mess as well. I keep reminding myself that this is a young staff but I really don't have a lot of belief in what they're doing right now.Several rookie coaches are making too many mistakes…but that’s what rookies do I guess. Evan Rothstein was supposed to be a whiz with game management / situational football. Are they utilizing his skills correctly? I hope they lean on him more if they currently are not for in-game decisions.
