Hunter, 23, was originally signed by the Detroit Lions as a rookie free agent on May 12, 2026 out of Morgan State. The 6-foot-2, 225-pounder, was released by Detroit on Aug. 30, 2026. He finished second in school history with 298 total tackles in 45 games.

He might have been for the Lions, but was an off ball for Morgan State.

Ben Brown was re-signed today. He's on the 53. If he's not healthy, they'll likely call up Rizy with a game day elevation.. But it's going to be interesting since the Pats have 10 OL (5 OTs) not including Bryant. Unless they have Crownover slated to move to Guard.

Not sure where you see to the PS, but The PATRIOTS announced him to the 53. That's all that matters.
