Bedard's criteria: He loves Felger? "Persecution complex"? Just like the Jews in WWII, right? Why don't they shaddap, already? You're sick of hearing about it. Especially since prejudice and racism have long since been wiped from the face of the earth.

I really, really don't recall reading or hearing that kind of abuse directed at the Steelers, 49ers, Cowboys, Packers etc. Sorry, but if anything, those franchises are more deserving of questioning the validity of their successes than the Patriots (excluding Lombardi, of course).

It's clear to even casual fans, how poor many of the NFL's fan bases are...Broncos, Raiders, Redskins come to mind...

Of course, to me the worst offense the Pats fan base has committed is going along with Robert Kraft's insanity tarnishing the Brady Era with the Flying Elvis monstrocity. But, most of those fans either weren't around before, or were just casual followers of the team.

More click baiting for Felger and he basically taunts us and dares us to respond, which only plays right into his hands. When you think about it, it is just SO cynical and cheap. So all the while Felger "implies" that Brady must have done "something", when EVERY independant source knows that NOTHING happened, he must know he's just trolling us. And if his success on multiple platforms (print, radio, TV) has shown us anything TROLLING is the true path to success in the media business. Otherwise how can you explain why Gary Tanguay still has a job?

Bedard should spend a little time in the stands at a night Eagles' home game which they're losing. A couple of years ago they got shut out by the Giants at home on a Sunday night. A friend of mine was there. He said it was like being in the middle of a drunken, real life episode of American Horror Story. He is veteran of the first Gulf War and experienced heavy combat acfion. I quite enjoyed Bedard when he was covering and talking about the actual football team. For some years, he's managed to morph from a must read into a two-faced, bloated try-hard whose opinions are best read by your backside then flushed down the toilet.

Bedard goes to show you what these guys will do for career advancement. They can all be bought. What a waste of a once promising columnist.
