I won't derail the thread with my curiosity on how this came to pass, but needless to say that's a mistake on DI's part.

???

How is passing Bedard's comments on to the board a mistake on my part?

Oh that's not a mistake at all, that is what I thanked you for above - it continually makes my workday on Tuesdays better. The mistake would be blocking Rob. (In fact, if you didn't have him blocked and could see his quote, then my post above would've made sense...)

LOL! Mazz had Dennard as his #3 down and Bedard considered him for one of his 3 ups. Mazz should really stop pretending he knows what he was talking about. Other than the ticky tack holding calls, I can't remember much bad out of him.

It's hilarious. He was going on about how he's fine with them getting penalties because it means they are playing physical and aggressive and then he cites Dennard getting a few penalties as why he is down. wtf?

Also he struggled with Sanu? Take away that TD that Dennard was setup to fail on by playing that zone coverage and Sanu is 4 rec for 33 yards. Ya real big struggle.

Blocking Rob is one of the best decisions I've made on this board, as it's greatly increased my enjoyment of the place. I'll leave it at that.

I will answer this as well as I can so I can stop hijacking the thread. He considers me a homer and I consider him a contrarian. He hates me because he feels that I am a Belichick apologist and that I used to be a good poster and now just a Belichick/Kraft honk homer and I don't like him because I feel he looks down on anyone who doesn't agree with him. Many of our arguments have gotten a little personal (part my fault, part his). He kept on threatening to block me which obviously pushed me to want to push his buttons to get me blocked because he acted like he was punishing me.

Every year he honors the people on his block list a pardon as if he is rewarding us. And every year, I consider it an absolute failure if he isn't blocking me by five posts into my pardon.

I get that Ryan is an easy target because he came in after not playing all game and gave up the TD to Green. But it didn't help that he got picked by his own guy on the play.

And it wasn't even really a catch

Bedard: This game was a good step towards slowing Brady back down. Patriots want to be in the business of stacking success

has he said anything about the star of the night - jerome boger?

Thanks for the explanation, I appreciate it. Sorry to hear that. You guys both have a lot to offer, IMO.

And after the break more TB VS Grappo talk.

YEAH!!!!!!!

and what about tim wright ? no comment on him?

Nah! He reads my posts when people quote them. He just doesn't want to admit he does. I'm fine with it.

The quotes don't show up. You know the person is talking to someone on your ignore list, but there's not an option to view it like there was on the old board. It just looks like another post.

I thought the 3 dark horse stars of the night were indeed Wright, Ghost and Arrington who I thought had a great game. Gronk did too. He may have been the difference maker.

And thanks to both of you for providing the blow by blow.

Mort report

Other than the ticky tack holding calls.

Fist full of jersey....twice....A point of emphasis penalty that refs will call every time....10 yards....first down
Other than that ...ticky tacky....gotcha

and what about tim wright ? no comment on him?

19 snaps
5 targets
5 rec
85 yards
1 TD
A nice block that helped spring Ridley on the longest run of his career.

Why allow Bedard to talk a little about a potential playmaker in the offense when they can talk about the Thompkins/Tyms thing being Brady vs Garoppolo
