BB watch

Again, conjecture.

The issue remains.....the GM f-ed up the QB, WR, and Oline positions.

No. I stated plainly why I think the roster has holes all over it.
WR and OL have been held back by awful qb play.

Not recognizing that skews your opinions.

You don’t disagree they would have won those 5 games with minimally adequate QB play and be 9-6, you are just hiding from it.

I am talking about the actual football games played. Which of those 5 losses are still losses if the qb play was average or even barely competant.

All 5 of them.

I think if Zappe keeps it going and looks great the last two weeks then Bill has a very good case for himself. He can show he can develop a QB and scrape together wins, and it shows he was being held down by Mac who he may or may not have been pushed by the owner to start and give a long leash.

This will be interesting. I think team BB is bigger than the Krafts may be thinking and they will be in for a shock if they let him go after the season. If anything at all, he needs to be given another year and let this contract run out so we can truly celebrate him for this last season. The man deserves a chance to rebuild this thing and he is close. He just has had bad luck with QBs the last 4 years. That is about to change.

Mac is not an NFL QB. His first season has been greatly exaggerated when he was managed the hell out of. I mean who throws 3 times in a game? GTFO(Mac that is). I am so pissed of thinking about some of the unnecessary panic dude has had. He made everyone look bad.

They allowed 10,10,6 in 3 of them.
And there's no evidence that any of them were solely on the QB... Zappe was sacked 5 times in the Chargers game because his OL sucks. Jones was sacked 5 times vs Colts for the same reason and then there's Lowe who doesn't belong in the NFL was beaten badly on that Jones int that we all know about. The OL as of those games was the worst rated pass blocking OL in the league. It was a team effort on offense.

Which ones do they win with a better HC and GM?
That’s not the question. The question is how much has the qb held back the team.

They have the greatest hc/gm to ever do the job so an average one in his place would do much worse.

I don't see much evidence of that in the last 4 seasons and counting.

Did you watch the games? Did you watch the horrible game deciding ints 10 three?
Lowe’s man was nowhere near a threat, lies was between him and 10.
More than half of the colt sacks were 10s fault including when he had a wide open receiver and chose to trip over a guy laying in he ground.

He had his chance since 2020 and the team has gone backwards. Clearly he can't get it done. Time for a change.

Including those years he is the best ever to do the job. Hands down.

Again, the OL is the worst rated pass blocking OL in the league so there's no evidence that it was solely the QB that lost those games.. If we had a good OL which we do not, both QBs would be better. It's not hard.

I can tell. 29-36 since Brady left and cratering this season. One more loss will be the most losses in a Patriots season since before Parcells.

Moving backwards is not evidence that BB is the right guy for the job.

No the question is how much as the GM/HC held back the team?

I'd say a lot. Case in point: Matt Patricia, offensive co-ordinator.
