Sure. But there no evidence that is impacting BBs job performanceAnd Brains get more fatigued with age and also start to lose cognitive abilities with age

So you would rather wait until Bill is bad to replace him instead of replacing him 1 year early and avoid that fall?BB can coach until he loses. Age has nothing to do with it.
True but it doesn't mean it's not a possibility.Sure. But there no evidence that is impacting BBs job performance
No. If you've been a fan as long as I have when you have a good coach you hang on to him and not force him out over something stupid like his age.So you would rather wait until Bill is bad to replace him instead of replacing him 1 year early and avoid that fall?
Sounds like you might more of a Belicheck fan than a Pats fan if that's the case.
If Sean Payton is serious about coming back next year Kraft should be all over that. Payton at 59 next year can coach Mac Jone the next 10 years
Of course they have but yet you fret over it.True but it doesn't mean it's not a possibility.
I'm also sure Belicheck and Kraft yace discussed privately when the right time to step away should be.
I'm not advocating for Bill to be replaced haphazardly.No. If you've been a fan as long as I have when you have a good coach you hang on to him and not force him out over something stupid like his age.

You are advocating Bill is replaced because of his age. That's pretty clear.I'm not advocating for Bill to be replaced haphazardly.
I agree that good coaching should not be discarded.
I thought the Ravens were dumb when they were seriously considering getting rid of Harbaugh and that the Eagles were dumb for getting rid of Reid.
if Belicheck was even 65 I wouldn't suggest it.
I also think it's foolish to not factor in his age when someone like Sean Payton becomes potentially available. Payton has been my 2nd favorite coach after BB since bounty gate.
So yeah, looking at solidifying the coaching position for the next 10 years sounds a lot better than taking year by year with a HC who seems more interested in hiring friends and family then hiring the best coaches.
You will never convince me that Steven Belicheck, Matt Patricia and Joe Judge were not sentimental hirings
Peyton is extraordinarily overated. So you would rather wait until Bill is bad to replace him instead of replacing him 1 year early and avoid that fall?

Answer this question do you think Bill is demanding Kraft lock him up until he is 75 or he will walk at the end of the season. It's not just a debate about age it's a debate about age and how early we should have locked up Brady and for how many years.Answer this question.
Why is it fair to say Brady didn't deserve an extension because no QB ever excelled into their 40s, despite the fact Brady showed no signs of decline... but somehow you can't question Bill's age when no NFL HC has been successful into their 70s?
That makes zero sense. If no HC has been successful into their 70s then it's just as right to question
I'm not sure what point you are making. Since Brady was in his mid 30s fans on this site have loved talking about finding Brady's replacement. I think it's time we talk about Bill's future replacement which is coming sooner than laterAnswer this question do you think Bill is demanding Kraft lock him up until he is 75 or he will walk at the end of the season. I'm saying that with Brady it wasn't just about letting him play in his forties he wanted us to commit until 45 for several years before his contract was up. When we didn't give it to him he decided a year early he was gone. There is no evidence Bill is trying to hold Kraft to 75 so I think its wise to make sure we don't move on from Bill too early.I'm not sure what point you are making. NFL Head Coaching Candidates: 25 Assistants Who Could Land Top Jobs in 2023
Who will be the top NFL head coaching candidates in 2023? Here are 25 coordinators and assistants to keep an eye on as the season winds down.www.profootballnetwork.com
Also the Pats could keep Bill with the team in personnel - I’d rather they didn’t but they could. Or get a GM with their new coach.
Where was Glenn picked? Oh that's right, he was the 7th pick in the draft. How many times have the Pats drafted that high?
If we did change coaches, I'd want a new GM also. Not sure why everyone assumes that the Patriots will have to turn to Patricia or Judge if Bill retires soon and they don’t have any alternatives to Bill. There are plenty of good candidates throughout the league if the Pata decide to make a change. Pats could have their pick of a defensive guy like Bill (maybe even Flores?) or go for a change in philosophy and get someone who knows offense.

This doesn’t include Josh or Kingsbury. Neither would be bad choices. IMO.
