It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Takes snaps under center, shows solid footwork, can throw with touch and anticipation, usually puts the ball where only his guy has a chance -- there are a lot of excellent translatable traits. Iowa kids are usually pretty well coached, too, and come out with an understanding of how to work and compete. I'm totally on board with him as a PTP, and I'd actively look to bring him in to the fold if he declares early.
On the downside, he must improve his completion percentage. For a player with the ability to throw so accurately, 55% is just inexcusable, particularly since he's not usually pushing the ball way down the field.
I truly believe that this is a case where stats don't show the full picture, however. The numbers look mediocre, but the eye test says he has all the tools to become a very, very good QB.

Like me Im sure you've been watching him for years.Great work, man. I'll definitely use this as a starting point for watching this fall.
Thoughts on Jaylon Ferguson at rush? Seems like he's got some traits Patriots value.
Np.thanks so much BGC for all these nuggets!
depth, few clear frontrunners and loads of draft capital should make this a really exciting PTP draft year ..
Np.
Anyone catch ur eye so far or someone you have been watching since last year?
