It shouldn't have taken 7 games, but at least the Bs didn't lose to the Maple Laffs, who have gone even longer than the J-E-T-E without winning a championship, and who have now gone 15 years without even winning one PO series.

And because both Tampa & Calgary have been eliminated, the Bs will have home ice throughout the POs, though a very well-rested Columbus team will be an extremely dangerous opponent.

i think the blue jackets have had to much time off. that could work against them. especially since they were playing so well. the last thing you want is time off when you are playing great. rust vs rest that is the question.
