Lol Idiots! Bruce Arians said on air Kelce can block. He can't. That's who they want to coach their team? An idiot who can't see the obvious?

He'll be fired by the end of the 2021 calendar year at latest.

Predict Winston regresses and we see lots of Arians yelling at him on the sidine.

While he's getting killed because of Arians long developing routes. Which Arians will conveniently ignore.

The way he uses tight ends (he does not), look for Brate and Howard to combine for 20 catches max next season.

I thought Arians left coaching for health reasons. Must've found a good doctor.

He's a very good offensive coach but a terrible head coach.

I like Arians as a coach, but the fact that he Bucs are hiring him tells me it probably won’t work out.

    I think he sucks.

I've never heard a coach bellyache so much and rip his own team like he did after we won the 2016 opener.

    Bad leadership.

I do think this makes one or both of those tight ends available. Would take either.

He’s a two time coach of the year winner and has a 58-33 record overall. He has a pretty solid track record working with QB’s and had Palmer playing some of the best football in his career a few years ago. For a team trying to salvage their still only 24 year old QB I think it’s a good hire.

Are they going to try and salvage Winston?
I guess this move would imply they are
