Apparently, the only sticking point left in Meriweather's deal is his insistence that the rookie gets to ride in Tom Brady's duckboat at the Super Bowl parade next winter. My guess is he signs soon.

we kept ihm out for precautionary reasons to avoid a future injury like Chad

I'm not sure if his hammy is currently bothering him, but if not, I sure hate to see him missing time at camp.

Unlike Vets, rookies need camp. The stats are just to convincing when it comes to rookie holdouts.

I looked on nfl.com, it seems very few players in his range have signed yet.

Regardless, dude needs to be in camp sooner, not later.

I was just wondering if they were taking there time with signing him because he wouldn't be able to show up anyway.

Funny we aren't getting much news about progress or lack there of.
