Important to remember that Moss and Edelman were both the victims of false claims, so while I'm not going to assume innocence or attack the alleged victim or anything I'm also not going to rush to judgment against him.

Until there are criminal charges this should be viewed with skepticism. Innocent until proven guilty. It definitely has the ring of a gold digger.

I can't imagine it's going to go anywhere in the immediate future. These things take months, if not years.

It is worth noting that she continued her position as his personal trainer even after the first 2 alleged incidents.

This doesn’t sound good at all. This is going to go viral pretty soon. Hoping he’s innocent since no criminal charges have been filed but either way, it’s going to get ugly. Need to have both sides of the story. People that rape should be put in prison, not to sound unsympathetic because if she was she deserves all the justice and then some. Don’t like how there is a lawsuit with no criminal charges. The first justice should be for him to pay for his crime in a judicial system if guilty.
