This does not bode well if someone cut by another team can improve the Pats, especially when you see how thin safety and CB talent is throughout the league.

Do you remember that guy that was here for a few years... cut by SD... we signed him... Rodney... Rodney someone... Harrelson? Something like that. Anyway, look #37 up and see how that turned out.

Happen to have any numbers or stats about other teams that do such a superior job drafting so I can put that in context? Or an explanation as to how it is that a team so horrible in its player evaluations hasn't bottomed out with a 2-14 record?
