And yet when you ask Alexa who the greatest quarterback of all time is she says Drew Brees.

IMHO if a QB is sub .500 on the road then they don't belong in the GOAT discussion.
That leaves out Rodgers, Elway and Favre.

The same goes for average to poor playoff records.
That leaves out Manning, Brees, Marino and Rodgers & Favre again.

That leaves only Brady, Montana and Staubach.

So you're saying that Brady sucks on the road then? /Max Kellerman

Staubach is hard to put in due to the low number of games played, if he had more games he would be in the discussion. He had his Navy commitment + the time it took Landry to get him into the lineup.

Montana's home record being a lower % than his road record is pretty unique. It is also the only stat advantage he has over Brady.

Example Brady has 88 more wins and only 11 more reg season losses. 11 more playoff wins and only 3 more losses, compared to Montana. What we are watching is just crazy.

BTW if The Patriots beat The FIns and Steelers Brady's road winning % will equal Manning's overall winning %.

Elway shouldn't be anywhere near the discussion anyway. He's got to be the most overrated "great" QB in history.

Yeah, but he played in a different time. Still, he was dominant and people also said he was a product of his coach. I guess some things never change.

Staubach was really good and I think now often forgotten.

Staubach played in a different time as well. So did Elway, Montana and Marino. Football 20 years ago a helluva lot different than it is now.

I can't comment on having seen Graham play but during his era, based on statistics alone he was dominant.

They are all great in their own way.

My point is it doesn't matter when greatness plays.

In Fairness Brady's rushing stats have been crippled by the number of yards he has lost doing the victory formation, almost 10 yards per win in many cases. When you have won over 200 regular season games that will hurt your rushing productivity.

At 9-3, the Patriots are tied for the second best record in the conference, one game behind the Chiefs. They're currently the 2nd seed. That's a great year for any team, yet it has dragged down Brady's career winning percentage.

I've read Graham was 105-17-4 some places, and 58-13-1 in other places

    37 playoff games. 27 wins. That's crazy.

He's got 10 games played over #2 Manning. He has as many wins as the #2 guy on the list has played. That's GOATastic.

    Regards,
    Chris

Montana with the better road than home record - winning 75% on the road is pretty nuts.

It's funny, but I knew when I used those words that I might take a little grief for it.

I was just trying to separate the QB's who are vying for number 2.
