Look, yes, of all the teams, the Steelers make the most sense as a fit for him, schematically. But, the steelers are not in good position cap-wise so I doubt they could promise a lot of guaranteed money, which, for a player with some injury history already, is probably a big deal.

They could do some managing around, but still, it's a hard job. They have some holes in the roster and they have to include the costs of the rookies (about 8 mill i'd guess).

I'm confident that he'll be back.

About the shirts, I would be very surprised to know that there aren't rules regulating shirt sales in the NFL.

That means that it's probably protocol to diminish the price of players if said player is not on the team (And HT is not on the team)
