For the first time in years, I tried calling the Pro Shop to use my patsfans.com VIP member discount and no matter which avenue I tried, I never got through. The phone either rings & rings or it just disconnects. I truly wish that we were issued a coupon code of some type that we could use.

As do I, although unfortunately they're not set up for that...I've had that conversation quite a few times. My guess is they're going to be slammed over the next 2-3 weeks and I don't even know if the list I sent them when they shipped the last batch has been updated and handed to their normal employees, but that will be one of the goals of the offseason while trying to make that process a little easier.
