Look, it's not that I've changed how I feel about the Patriots...I'm as rabid as I've ever been.....but I've lived through the Eason years and the Tommy Hodson hysteria and Hugh friggin' Millen. My preference at the QB position is and will always be 6'3" or taller with a good arm and INTELLIGENCE. I grew up watching Tarkenton...LOSE. Short QB's are fine if that is your taste but I'm sticking with the bigger guys..as long as they're not complete morons like Zolak. Zappe is a back-up. I don't want a 6 foot QB unless he's a placeholder and we intend to draft a smart, taller player...which is who I think we have in Mac.

Hope I'm wrong about my prediction but we're going to need a pretty thick carpet if we're praying for a Pats win in this game
