I'm not quite sure I agree with this. Granted, this is the biggest regular season game they're going to play--especially when adding in all the postsesaon implications it brings with it--but each and every game looks to have its own storyline:
@ Buff - a much better team than people give them credit for. Take away that ridiculous comeback against Dallas and the last-second loss to Denver and they very well could be 5-2, right in the middle of the playoff discussion
Phi - Eff Donovan McNabb, his comments were completely unwarranted, especially considering he was the one throwing up on the field during the last drive. He has no one to blame but himself for that SB loss.
@ Balt - A pretty good (though overrated) defense should be a bit of a challenge, but the Ray Lewis comments will certainly be played over and over this week.
Pitt - The last true 'test' for the Pats, and while I think they win the game--especially at home--it will give them a potential preview of a playoff matchup.
NYJ - Nothing needs to be said here. 98-0.
Mia - The team with the champagne; the history, one week before the Pats could, potentially, rewrite that history.
NYG - Last week of the regular season. Will starters be pulled early, or not play at all? The Giants might be playing for a spot in the playoffs, and while the Pats will (presumably) have the next week off, I think Belichick goes for the jugular and plays this one as though it's a playoff game.
