There will be no 3rd possession i think. I imagine the first team to score will take 7 if they do. The other team will go for 2... They aren't kicking an XP only to punt it away in a next score wins game.

Honestly... I think that is the fairest way to do over time and to end the game reasonably quickly.

YOU COULD argue the first team to score goes for 2 to defend the 2 point chance.... but idk if they do.
