At least he doesn’t close his eyes and throw a fast ball into the teeth of the coverage during a Super Bowl THOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUGGGHH.30m for an old ass man. So dumb
A few more bucks sure but I don’t believe for a second it’s $30m.
Some people don't deserve to be fans of the Patriots.30m for an old ass man. So dumb

The cap hit would be about $20M. There is room to give him weapons, just not $15M AAV receivers. But then, the patriots have never signed $15M AAV receivers.I'm not sure whether this report is a smokescreen to save face or real negotiations. If you look at what NFL QBs get, $30m isn't ridiculous, even for a 43 y/o QB. Guys like Goff, Wentz, and Big Ben make more than $30m per. I'd rather have Brady, though I don't see how they can "get him weapons" and pay him $30m+.
$30M seems steep. Does not leave the Pats that much to spend on the rest of the team.If it's real money without large parts being incentives I'd let him go at that money.

Lol yes every deal ever signed is loved by every player.so then he liked it and should not have pissed him off

He’s not a fan of the Patriots. If he was, he would be welcome to a dissenting opinion. Some people don't deserve to be fans of the Patriots.
Two other observations, by the way:
The holes the Chargers have to fix (on offense) are cheaper than New England's. They've got the glamor spots and need to fix their OL.
And, if he still thinks he's on top, Brady has to believe that he could get back with the Chargers. They have a lot of talent.
Hate to say it, particularly out loud, but to keep Brady (if the weapons' rumors are true), the Pats might have to re-sign AB - there's no one else that I see with that kind of talent that would excite him (maybe Manny Sanders?). BB and Kraft wouldn't much like that, if the guy is even cleared to play.
Then again, KC has four guys who have done as bad or worse than AB, and they're playing today.
Oh, and Kobe Bryant raped a woman and is heralded as a god-figure...
Sometimes, I just shake my head.
Good luck with thatStill on the Antonio Brown train despite all the recent reports? Guy is nuttier than Chinese chicken salad, it would be unwise to invest any more time or money than they already have on him.
he’s totally out of his mind and his own agent just dropped him as a client. He’s facing potential assault charges too, so that should be the end of any “Sign AB” talk

Never been on it - can't stand the guy. But I noticed a very big difference in Brady's attitude after his departure. All I'm doing is expressing a fear that that's part of brady's negotiating position.
