2026 Draft: WR

Emeka Egbuka (7-173) and Jaxon Smth- Njigba (8-132) = Makai Lemon.
I was a huge Egbuka fan. I think I mentioned in one of your pre-draft threads that he would be my choice for a slight trade up back into the first, or my first target as a faller into the 30s, so that's high praise. I need to watch more of his games.

If you get the chance, watch the game against Illinois. I can provide a YouTube link if you want it. He was fire in that one.

The big alpha-x types have been less impactful so far in the NFL. It's all about separation and route-running.

Another WR I'm starting to fall for is Texas A&M's KC Concepcion. I first watched him against Notre Dame and he was really impressive. What I liked was his ability to jump for the ball and high point it, something he did a couple of times in that game which makes his 5"11" more like 6'1" or 2".

He's a bit of a cross between Makai Lemon (route running and separation) and Kyle Williams (explosion and speed).

I've gone from being a bit of a hater of this WR class to falling in love with it. It's as good as, or even better, than last year, particularly on days 1 & 2.

The leap is impressive.

Chris Brazzell running routes. The first one is unplayable. It's hard to see how he's not a first rounder when all is said and done. 6'5", runs crisp routes, beats press, high points the ball and has speed for days. He may even be WR1 by the time the draft rolls around.

I finally found a cut up of Lemon's game against Illinois. When you watch it, keep in touch with the score. Lemon put the team on his back and almost dragged them to victory. If it wasn't for a called back penalty and three bad throws from the QB, it would have been an even more legendary performance than it already was.

Watching it live, this was one of my favourite performances I've ever seen.

Denzel Boston had a 5-98-2 day last night. Ian Strong went 7-127-0 and has had a 109+ yard game in every game bar one this season.

The more the merrier. Right now I have as top 100 picks:

Jordyn Tyson
Makai Lemon
Carnell Tate
Denzel Boston
Chris Bell
Chris Brazzell
JaKobi Lane
CJ Daniels
Ian Strong
KC Concepcion
Germie Bernard
Antonio Williams

Missing anyone?

Malachi Fields? He's not the finished product those others are but he has some fairly unique traits. If it clicks for him, there's a lot of upside there. He's not rounds 1-2 worthy but late day 2, early day 3 might be decent value. I wouldn't put him ahead of any on that list though.

The other two I'd have are Elijah Sarratt of Indiana and Bryce Lance of ND State.

Bryce Lance is a late round pick for me. He is so slow to get out of his breaks.
