2026 Draft: RT

You've convinced me, list is complete garbage.

Neither Austin Barber nor Kadyn Proctor has looked good to me. Proctor has had some flashes, but dreadfully inconsistent.

I've convinced you about Keagen Trost or convinced you that the list is garbage?

Haven't watched enough of Trost, but not much faith in PFSN grades based on Barber and Proctor.

The Barber one is really a head scratcher. Would love to understand the reasoning behind it really.

He does really explode out of his stance! Impressive.

Well aware.

I think Freeling is a much better pro prospect than Trost, but Trost has had a fine season.

The right tackle I hope we draft is Caleb tiernan! Not the most athletic, but good size and tons of strength and very effective in both pass and rush.

The right tackle I hope we DON'T draft is Caleb Tiernan! Stiff and not athletic.

Dane Brugler thinks Texas A&M’s RT Demetrius Crownover could be a top 100 pick.

Aamil Wagner, RT, Notre Dame, 6-6, 295-300lbs

He's a bit undersized and his run blocking grade (61.5) isn't the best but he only allowed 7 pressures all year. He's a true junior so this may end up as one for next year. However, he's a team captain and...

He sure sounds like a Vrabel type guy. A name to be aware of.

I see James Foster now has Trevor Goosby as his leading OT at #8 overall. As he's a LT, if he declares, he could very well be OT1 and a potential top 10 pick.

Mike Renner has Goosby at #7.

Very possible.

Another reason why I'm high on PJ Williams

With the rise of Treveyon Henderson and his ability to break off the big run, I think the team should, and probably will, focus more and more on playing an outside zone scheme on those runs to the outside. Henderson is an ideal outside zone back.

Here are the run blocking grades for zone schemes among OTs.

1. Keagen Trost (Missouri)- 91.8 (older prospect who might need to move inside)
2. Brian Parker II (Duke) - 87.2 (will almost certainly move inside, probably to center)
3. JC Davis (Illinois) - 83.5 (Another candidate to move inside. Interesting possibility though)
4. Gennings Dunker (Iowa) - 83.5 (Another likely guard conversion)
5. Austin Siereveld (Ohio State) - 83.5 (Ditto but very interesting option for guard early)
6. PJ Williams (SMU) - 83.3 (Ding, ding, ding! Other than Trost, the best pure RT option as a zone blocker)
7. Kadyn Proctor (Alabama) - 82.8 (Hmmm. Becomes more interesting to me)
8. Austin Barber (florida) - 81.5 (might need another look).
9. Carter Smith (Indiana) - 79.9 (excellent guard potential)
10. Cayden Green (Missouri) - 77.7 (probably a guard too)
11. Spencer Fano (Utah) - 76.3 (the best all-rounder in the draft).

I need to look at him more to see whether he's a guard or OT but JC Davis can do this.
