He's just like Maye, Henderson, and the rest of these bums, he sucks, they never should have drafted him. Thanks for you deep penetrating insights. These are the kind of thoughts that make every thread the gem that it is.
He is what he is AT THE MOMENT.

I think he is a bit of a knucklehead. But he has top-end speed you cant just find anywhere.

Vrabel has shown immense levels of patience with a whole bunch of guys ( the Borg; Pop; a lot of the guys on D) and it has paid off. So I trust him and McDaniels to keep working him and to know when to cut bait on him if required. I would hope they get him there, but in the meantime i can still lament the fact that he appears to be the slowest learner in Stefon Diggs school for wayward boys.

It was interesting that Ben Brown was getting the extra OL reps rather than Bryant. That probably tells us something about the level of trust in those 2 backups and who the coaches think is better.
Could it be they have different styles of play, and Brown’s is better suited to blocking from TE than Bryant’s?

If he just went the opposite direction of his instincts, he would be a top receiver.
He is what he was in college where he wasn't a nuanced route runner but the best at beating press in the draft with elite explosiveness and excellent top end speed. Learning the nuances of route running takes time and reps.

I just wish Pop would find his feet better after his catches.

I’m starting to worry he’s got something medical going on.
My GF agrees. She always talks a lot about Pop stumbling and falling, and he keeps doing it.

In the early days the colors were nationalistic. BRG is the all time classic English cars.. Ferrari and Alfa Romeo red came from Italy. French Matras were blue when I got into racing.

And the Germans used silver for their Mercedes and Porsches. Given the Porsche - Ferrari rivalry a red Porsche would be an abomination. A silver 911 is ideal!

One exception, John Wyers’ powder blue 917s. Or maybe Penske’s Sunoco blue 917 for Mark Donohue. But any 917 is such a beast they stand alone.
I used to want a Guards red 911 or similar Ferrari. As I've aged, 57, I don't want as flashy. More slow car fast the color version for me. When I was shopping for this I considered a C8 Vette but for me (and if any of you have a C8 and love it I'm absolutely happy for you it's a great car just not me) every night I go down to the garage, wife thinks I'm checking door locks, and just gaze at those fat ass curved haunches and love what this Gentian Blue color does for it.

Pop Douglas is doing so much with less he's uncoverable in man coverage: and it looks like he's getting comfortable finding the spot spots in the zone. Williams is a work in progress at least he's getting run: he'll get with the Maye program soon enough.
Twin.. we have a good offense right now. Imagine once K. Williams catches on consistently.. I'm glad Vrabel is allowing him to play and learn.. I think playoffs he will become a factor.

Bryant is even bigger. But they seem comfortable plugging Brown in a bunch of different roles.
I love Benny came out of nowhere last year. Who remembers that Cole Strange Guy? I don''t.

KW will probably get reduced snaps when Boutte gets back: and Barefoot is the leading snap getter already. Hope KW makes the most out of his limited opportunities like Pop Douglas going forward.

I picture him in high heels with cleats and just can't control them.

Bryant is also tall and lanky, wouldn’t Brown be likelier shifty with his build?

Very nice! I must confess I would not kick it out of my garage.

Well maybe except for something like this…
Pure sex

Change the way Maye works for the #5 WR?
Absolutely not. Just, if you're going to call Williams number, don't expect him to make decisions on the fly. Just give him a post route.

Mendoza is the guy.

If Im the Jets GM I draft Mendoza.
Doesn't matter which QB the Jets draft. They'll be butt fumbling their way onto another team's practice squad within 3 years.

Nice win by DM10 and the boys. Keep the pressure on the Bills, and get healthy.

Williams can beat press, get separation, catch the ball and run away from defenders—everything but be where the QB expects him to be. Meanwhile Adonai Mitchell has similar speed and can do everything but actually catch the ball. Here’s hoping Williams’ weakness is more fixable.
