Game Day Thread 2024 OFFICIAL Week 2 Game Day Thread: NE vs SEA

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Unnecessary roughness, 2nd and 20. GOT to take advantage and get off the field.

huge penalty on the Hawks there. We may get the ball back.

Have to wait to see the film... Last week I thought it was the playcalling, but then upon further review the calls were good but Brissett just didn't execute. Don't know what the case is today, but I am going to guess it's the same this week
Just based on the real time watch I would put money on it being JB. As someone pointed our earlier he is very risk averse. That is why this offense will open up with Maye because he tended to be overly aggressive at times in college.

Brissett has cooled off a bit. He started off 7/7 for 64 yards, but he's gone 4/10 for 54 yards since, including 2/7 for 38yds on his last 9 throws, one of which was obviously that 36yd catch by Henry.

Maye also processes his reads extremely fast... He will make mistakes but he will push it to make plays and score points. I think it'll look way different even with the same personnel, though the INTs will increase

Seahawks penalties helping the D a lot there

Dumb of DK to go out of bounds. Saves us a timeout.

Mr. Happy is making some Seahakws a little unhappy

Nice little run by Hasty there.

Jesus…why do punters become God against us?!
Did Bill always find such great punters, or did he actually cast some kind of witch voodoo on Gillette stadium that just empowers punters, juicing his own guys but also the other side's guys too?

Man that was very close to a pick 6. Jacoby stared Henry down

Thanks FOX for the replay (or not) to show us whether Henry had a shot at catching that.

Henry should have caught that. Can't believe Hawks did not calm a timeout.

Seattle has 3 timeouts

What in the ****... Jesus.

Bad two minute drill by Brissett.
