This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
I just learned that if a guy “is a runner” then you can hit him directly in the head and it’s perfectly legal no matter what as long as you don’t use your own head to do it
He needs to protect him self sure but a dude launching him self helmet to helmet is support he a protectived play. Even if the QB is out of the pocket as a runner.
Because of the life-altering injuries so many player sustain, watching football is something of a guilty pleasure for me in the best of circumstances. If the the league is unwilling to sanction by penalty or otherwise such hits as Maye endured, there may well come a day when I can no longer in good conscience watch the games. I have thought about this from time to time over the years. There may come a day when it will be too much. I don't buy the "sports builds character" nonsense. This is entertainment, nothing more. I can give it up if my conscience dictates I must.
