How long before he became strictly a pocket passer?
I’m sold on Corley right now l.Dude you sold me pay attention DRAFTNicks this Guy is the real deal nobody really talks about him tells you how potentially Great this class is. Baker's catch radius is ridiculous throw it anywhere near him and it's a catch you can see that on Tape. I am going on record saying I don't want Harrison Jr now WR is just too Deep for that. Right now I would take the Best QB @ 3 and Trade #34 keep for and extra pick. Javon Baker and Ladd McConkey @ WR please problem solved both will be impact players from the start book it.
Sure, for six games until he gets killed.
JJ isn't running over any defenders in the big league. He's 200 pounds.Have we seen plays where Mac runs a defender over?
That’s what JJ has done.
McCarthy, just based on arm strength and general athletic ability, is far superior to Mac. He does have the tools to work with that Mac doesn't have.He is a unknown because Michigan was run heavy
Saying he is Mac with limited physical traits is false
He is 2 inches taller, really strong arm and he has wheels
I am not saying he will be better than Mac.
But he is not the same player as Mac other than he had a great team around him
I have been reading and watching clips on him lately
He has warts like the other 3 QB’s at top of draft
We all have no clue about the the ins and outs to any of these guys
If the Pats have him rated in the top group of QB’s then I would rather drop down to 10 range and get a bunch of picks including future 1st’s.
This team needs a lot. A player in the Top 10 gets them their QB. Plus some 2nds and next year 1st’s
If they like him and think he will be there in the 2nd round
Then take your OT with a small trade down and a few extra picks
Or take MHJ
That all depends on how McCarthy grades out
If they have the top 3 way ahead of him. Then this is a mute point
If he can get himself up to 215 or 220 at his height, and after sitting for a couple of years, I think that he has legit potential, but NOT at #3.JJ isn't running over any defenders in the big league. He's 200 pounds.
Imo he's the type of QB that might have to sit and learn for 2 years before he could be considered as a starter. He's coming from a long way back.
Could be a steal. But he's listed at 6'1 compared to Higgins who's between 6'3 and 6'4. 6'1 isn't bad though, as Justin Jefferson and Malik Nabers are about that height.Dude you sold me pay attention DRAFTNicks this Guy is the real deal nobody really talks about him tells you how potentially Great this class is. There isn’t a significant gap between them. Nabers just needs to improve his release against press man.
I just hope it's not like last season where we passed on 2, or was it 3 TE's who contributed nicely just as receivers in their rookie season. The blocking (especially if they're willing, can be taught). I would love Stover and/or Sinnott!Really like Jah Sanders as a consolation I think he's going somewhere is the Second at least. Some nice dept guys at TE ie... Stover - Ben Sinnott and Jared Wiley.
At #3, you take a QB (hopefully Maye is there), or you trade back and acquire more picks, while still snagging a top OT and then whatever else you can. There are 10 tackles who could go in the 1st round.
Meaning, anyone of them could be selected in the 1st round, and no one would blink an eye.
Taking a tackle with the #3 is maybe the dumbest move a GM could make here.
I'm not even counting Kiran Amegdiaje and Blake Fisher among the 10.

Keon Coleman has the size/speed you want. How good a route runner he is and his hands is what will be incredibly important. It's unfortunate that a guy like this won't be around for us at 34. I doubt Troy Franklin will be there either. Keon Coleman on the other hand might be a Tee Higgins type you can find in the 2nd round.
Could solve a huge need as well as affect the draft.
