If the Ravens couldn't get past the AFC in a season like this, they never will. It was wide open for them to take. KC was 11-6, Burrow was out, Chargers had a historically bad HC, and they beat down both NFC teams.

I said I had a feeling Lamar would play his worst at the worst time. After the media were crowning him, I got that feeling. He is who many thought he was. Very good...just not at the level of a Mahomes.

There's something weirdly poetically symmetrical about how the Lamar-era Ravens are sorta an antipode to the less fun to watch, but consistently more resilient come January Flacco-incarnation.
