Classic you. I tried to be civil in pointing out another inaccurate hockey observation of yours and you spin it as if you were still right. I'm well aware that hitting isn't just about numbers. The Bruins gave their fair share of tough hits on top of the quantity of hits despite owning the puck throughout the game. They consistently won puck battles via a very heavy forecheck in the offensive zone and had great backchecking in the defensive zone despite the Canes trying to outmuscle them on every dump in. You ignore this, and see a guy like Ferland make a big hit in the opening period and think the Canes are more physical. They're not. Physical/hitting teams don't consistently lose puck battles along the boards like the Canes have done in the first two games. They didn't dominate in hitting. Hitting isn't just about pure numbers. It's also about the hits themselves. Just as they didn't dominate in shots by number, but they clearly dominated in shots because of the quality.
But you be you.
You constantly try to play the smartest guy in the room character and be contrarian for everything, but you really just end up looking like an ass.
