On tape, I always thought Engram looked more like a WR anyway with his sharp routes and quick feet in the open field. He can high point the ball so well, too. He legitimately could play WR, TE, HB, etc, at a high level. Love that kid. I just figured he would be gone long before we had a chance. Sigh. Another binkie out of reach.

Just a reminder that the Pats just won a superb owl with a wr corps that consisted of TWO UDFAs, a 7th rounder, and a late 4th rounder.So why do fans keep up this fantasy that BB will ever draft ANY wr in the first round

Roberts - 4.85. That was my worry with him. Shaheen - 4.79. Pretty good but was hoping for a little better.

Fine. Mostly used as a checkdown option, but he looked pretty natural. I was adding him into the back half of a lot of my drafts. His blocking is what really wowed me; he buries guys every game. Remember the Gronk block on Sergio Brown? Imagine that against DEs on the regular.

Roberts - r.85. That was my worry with him. Shaheen - 4.79. Pretty good but was hoping for a little better.

I can live with Shaheen's 4.78 given his size. It might also push him out a bit into a place where it's easier to take a gamble on him especially given the other 40yd numbers.
