Mostly good news from Foxboro. Garoppolo is still playing poorly if the completion rate means anything. He was awful on Friday and couldn't manage to get anything other field goals. I'm not seeing anything new this week. They need to give him every possible rep before the Cardinals game and hope things click at some point.

Thanks to the attendees. So Edelman in the tweets is not even wearing a non-contact jersey. That is huge. I wonder if Edelman's shoe was an issue yesterday. He was wearing a special shoe in the playoffs to protect against a recurrence of the injury. I wonder if they're trying to get the footwear right.

Is Nate Washington on the field? It would be great to have a veteran like that out wide to go with all the veteran receiving talent at TE and in the slot to help Garoppolo have a good run before Brady gets back.

My only concern is, 3rd year in the same offense, shouldn't be struggling so much and making rookie mistakes. I give him a mulligan yesterday after going 10-22, but with 5 or 6 drops by his receivers.

I've been supporting all summer stating I think he'll do great, but I'm slightly concerned. But as we've all seen, sometimes he struggles in practice, but does better in games. I'm hoping that's the case. We shall see tomorrow.
