EDIT: He cannot overpower, break or hit a space and when he suddenly finds himself running after QB he's too slow and even if he once in a while does have a chance for tackle he misses.

Great. Now they'll need 5 more helmet decals. The league says they have plenty but I don't buy it. They hoard them so players can't put them on their helmets so they just fine them instead because they can't admit guilt.
