Curious to know if anyone is hitting the road this season to see any games, and figured this might also be a good way for people to maybe connect with others who might be headed out to the same game(s).
The best seat for me is in the house. Best camera angles, relax in your favorite spot and eat what you want. At stadiums, once the action passes you by, it's hard to tell what's going on downfield. When that happens, it's too easy to stop paying attention. The Pats play at Sofi, so that would be my only option. I don't have any desire to see games in person anymore. And I avoid downtown LA like the plague.
My only chance might be @CHI. My 16yr old superfan has never been to a game yet, so Thurs Night might be fun to go see Maye totally dominate the crybaby Williams before the Bears move to Indiana.
I had 4 tickets for München reserved in the AmEx presale event, but Ticketmaster rejected my card 8 times. Now I’m waiting on the official open tickets in July…… „ hope springs eternal.“
This is where I am at. I think Gillette does a poor job showing replays on the monitors so I am not interested in missing some of the plays since there is not a spot at Gillette that sees everything. TV coverage is too good.
Bless the fans that watch games at Gillette.

The last football game I went to was with a friend who dragged me to see the 49ers and Rams play at the Coliseum in 2016. Horrible stadium. It was a total of 6 of us and I can't remember one play during that game....while the game was actually going on. I don't seem to pay attention when I'm there with friends.
My same friend keeps wanting me to go to USC games, but I politely decline. Can't do it.

I have no idea why the replays at Gillette are so poor. Some replays never happen. Seems like a simple thing to coordinate since we know the replays exist. Why the replays are skipped or delayed or cut short I have no idea.

I can't compare as I have not been to many other stadiums.
But at Gillette you look up at the monitors for the replay and it is delayed or never played. Really weird to me when you have one of the largest outdoor video screens, and the replays are all on TV.
I’m on the west coast, will probably make it to @Chargers. Like you guys are saying, hard to beat the home couch/big screen experience these days, but I still enjoy going. Almost have to look at it as two different experiences. I go to have a good time and enjoy the stadium experience with my other Pats fans buddies out here, but then I still need to go home and watch the TV version of the game. At the stadium you’ll miss things you see on tv, but you’ll also see things you can’t see from home.
