Stubhub just dumped a boatload of tickets on Ebay.

If tickets were selling so great there is no need to do that.

When? I have been sick as the ticket prices have gone up in the last 48 hours rather than down. Still holding out for mine...

Do hide your flags when parked though. I have had my flags and a Pat Patriot Helmet magnet on the hood of my car destroyed....as well as my car keyed.......

How do you know that the person you are dealing with on the street is legit? How does one authenticate a hard ticket?

UV flashlight....I bought one for SB 49 when it was looking like I would have to buy on the street....never did...but you will be able to see the NFL Hologram....if they still do that.

Im not buying the high demand angle. There is no reason for stubhub to place product on ebay if stubhubs cash registers are ringing.

They can raise the price so that people become motivated and buy before it goes up more even though sales are really weak.

Agreed, but how do you know Stubhub put tickets on EBay - the prices on there are just as high as everywhere else.

ANDOVER, Mass. (AP/WHDH) — Mark Feigenbaum is no typical Patriots fan. He attends most home games, one away game each year and has attended all 10 Super Bowls the Patriots have played in so far.
The upcoming Super Bowl LIII on Feb. 3 will be his 11th.

‘I’ve been a season ticket holder since 1976 and with four club seats, it allows me two Super Bowl tickets,” he said. In 1996 he was named the New England Patriots Fan of the Year, and in 2000 he was named to the VISA Hall of Fans.

My understanding is that this is common practice - trying to scare people into buying high

It's the same with mortage banks.

Raise the interest rates and folks pull the trigger before it goes higher.

Arriving on Sat evening and my hotel is 30 miles north east of the airport. Not a big fan of driving in the snow without snow tires. Hopefully Hertz has all-wheel tires on the car.

Don't worry, Super Bowl weekend weather is going to be quite nice after all. Sat is 58 and sunny, Sun is 60 and cloudy. Definitely no snow.

There are a few sports bars right next to Benz, including Hudson Grille and STATS.
