Is Bubba still on the team?

I know Ray Ventrone was on the NFL Europe injury list; is that why he's not listed on the roster? Or is he just gone from the team?

I believe the Pats still hold his rights.

You've got it right.

He's on the NFLE Injury list - essentially the I.R.

Yes... he received an injury settlement but is still local... In fact, he's one of the coaches of my town's high school football team

Karen...so if he is still around..injury settlement..usually when that happens he's a free agent..OR is it that the settlement was from the NFLE and he's still a {atriot..more like IT from the NFLE?? Interesdting..

So does he have LBs stunting as TEs, or WRs doubling as DBs yet?

Seriously, though, it sounds like he improved in NFL Europe last year, and I'd love to see him get the chance to make the team in '07. . . .

Last time I talked to him he said he is rehabing and still living in the Boston area. He had a shoulder injury that kept him out (he received it in NFLE). He is looking forward to coming to camp next year with a chance to make the Pats roster.

Yes... he said the same thing to the guys on the football team. They loved him as a coach, btw...
