He does, although I don't know if he always listed it. I did a search for "Green dot" in the print version of The Beast.
A search on this for Texas Tech found that they switches from having Rodriguez have the green dot in 2024 to Brendan Jordan, a safety. This was because the new Defensive Coordinator, Shiel Wood, delegated Communications to the Safeties Coach, Rob Greene.
