They need to somehow eliminate the franchise tags. It has always been bad for the game.
 
Will Pickens show up before Mandatory with the tag on him?

They don't... imagine him catching passes from Drake in an offense that spreads the ball around.. he's athletic with great hands and is a good blocker.... I'm sold.. I want likely at TE.. young athletic and can make plays down field..

Free Agency has become such a non event over the past few years. 90% of players who actually make it to free agency are JAG's, reclamation projects or players coming off injuries. There's hardly ever any really exciting opportunities in FA anymore.
 
TFG on both Pitts and Pierce. Now I don't have to worry about the "Grass is greener" brigade whining about the Pats not signing them..
 
Teams unlikely to walk away from high profile offensive playmakers. They have too much value to just wait for a compensatory pick.
