How many times will Malcolm’s interception be replayed?Today nfl network starts showing all those half hour super bowl highlights shows . The early ones with John Facenda narrating
That's many episodes later anyway. The best ones are under the first 20. After Facenda it just gets weakHow many times will Malcolm’s interception be replayed?
I think I’ve seen it three or four times just yesterday and today.
I dont recall Rodney missing an Int but I remember Brandon Meriweather had an Int bounce of his hands as well that drive.- and if Rodney catches a potential INT right at the 2:00 warning (mother****ers went straight to commercials and when they returned they NEVER showed EVEN ONE ****ing replay of it, from ANY OTHER ****ing angle )...
DB!!!
Yea I forgot about that.I dont recall Rodney missing an Int but I remember Brandon Meriweather had an Int bounce of his hands as well that drive.
So apparently Bo Nix is not all that happy with Sean Payton. Remember that Payton told Nix if he knew had had 2 prior ankle fractures he wouldn’t have drafted him. Joke, right? But one that is not really funny. After Nix’s surgery, Payton indicated the ankle was predisposed to a fracture according to the surgeon. Nix subsequently said this was untrue and went on to say Payton’s should not be talking about how many surgeries he had undergone - basically that wasn’t his place to do so. If I am Nix I am seriously pissed. No, Payton is not covered by HIPPA, but the surgeon is. The surgeon really should not be talking to Payton, but let Nix handle it. The surgery was in Alabama, so I doubt it was a Denver team doctor.

It sounds like what upset Nix most was Payton commenting on findings of the recent surgery - and perhaps getting it wrong. The point was there really was no purpose in Payton talking at all about it now. NFL writers want all sorts of info - ask an NHL coach - all you get is upper body injury/lower body injury.Nix's prior ankle injuries were in his pre-draft scouting report, not exactly a state secret.
Doesn't mean Payton should make them a topic of convo ofc
Sometimes smart people say dumb things. They do it out of emotional distress, lack of awareness, carelessness.......or deflect blame. It sounds like what upset Nix most was Payton commenting on findings of the recent surgery - and perhaps getting it wrong. Or to lower Nix’s value in a free agent market (hate to think that was the motivation but could nonetheless be the effect)Sometimes smart people say dumb things. They do it out of emotional distress, lack of awareness, carelessness.......or deflect blame.
Seems to me Payton knows better than to disclose medical information about a player. He isn't some rookie coach.
Part of me thinks Payton (and his ego) is blaming Nix's medical situation as the reason they lost to the NEP. He might also have a touch of PDS (Patriots Derangement Syndrome) which is an emotional affliction.
Yep.Or to lower Nix’s value in a free agent market (hate to think that was the motivation but could nonetheless be the effect)
He's a Manning. He's getting in.nice to see Eli miss the HOF again. his entire “argument” falls apart if ANY of these happen
- Samuel doesn’t drop the INT on the final drive
- Meriweather doesn’t drop the INT on the final drive
- refs call holding on the helmet catch
- refs call in the grasp on the helmet catch
if ONE of those had happened, his name wouldn’t even be mentioned in the first place for the HOF
It seems like the teams the Pats beat damaged themselves in the aftermath.Yep.
I have a serious problem w/ what Payton said. Intentional or unintentional.
All Rodney had to do was pull down Tyree's arm. Instead he was trying to get to the ball.If Harrison had followed Quagmire’s arm strength regimen, Eli wouldn’t even be in the HOF discussion…
