Willy Dissly, Anyone?

Yes, I'm sure you have watched him in depth.
I don’t have to watch him to look at his measurables and know he’s a stiff.
James White says he's a good player and a really good kid who busts his ass. But he doesn't have nearly as much experience watching him as you have had. And nowhere near your in depth knowledge of football.
Former pros always pump their own Alma Mater, conference or cousins.

I don't get this line of thinking. The dude's gonna be a near-minimum vet signing with little if any signing bonus; i.e.: No salary cap implications whatsoever... So why wait to sign him or anyone else to a similar contract? Bring him here some time after mandatory mini-camp when all the TEs already here have been seen... At worst, he can provide insurance in case of any further injury to the ranks; he can set a bar over which Dippre & Arkin need to reach by the end of TC; and he & Double-H can show those two & Raridon what it means to be a Pro here...
If they signed him for the vet minimum it wouldn’t bother me.

Roll with the 22 yo rookie ND TE Eli Raridon

6- 7 250

The LA Rams have 4 NFL TE’s. Will they keep all of them? Looks like Parkinson might the guy to go or Higbee cut. The other two are 2nd rounders from the past two drafts. They’re not going anywhere.

Westover could be the 2nd/3rd TE but I’d rather have a receiving TE at this point, especially if Rairdon is not ready to play right away.
Parkinson is big but college profile says he wasn't much of a blocker. Maybe he improved i didn't check pff or anything

He was sneaky from their Three TE Formation last year with 8 TD's.

We need a BLOCKING TE. Can Dissly block?

Strictly for blocking, Fitzpatrick is the one I’d want, but he tore his Achilles in December sooo…he’s also only 26. However, I do like Dissly; if he’s good enough to block for Jim Harbaugh, he’s good enough for me. We’re already acclimated with Pharoah; love his attitude. Vannett is solid.

I prefer Fitzpatrick as well…solely because his age. Maybe his achilles will be ready to go before game 1.

I thought Paroah Brown was okay when he was here before so I wouldn’t mind seeing around here again. Don’t really know how he stacks up against the other candidates, so I’ll trust the FO to make a good choice.

Being uncertain if his Achilles will be good to go by game 1 to me outweighs any consideration of age. That’s some notable wear and tear for a player of any age.

Jim harbaugh called tucker fisk a top 5 blocking TE in the league. If the pats want to establish the run game this is the guy
