Overweight? Not at all. He looks a little more muscular to me though. Arms look a bit bigger. Maybe legs as well. Shoulders look huge, must be working out with Tatum.

Depending on the photo quality of that shot, he does look thicker. But, I saw him in video clips of the last 2 weeks and he doesn't look that different. However, it's not like he's a WR or CB that needs to be as fractionally as fast as possible, his running style will work with ~10-15lbs more, and it's much more critical to have more girth on his frame to avoid injury with the style he plays. Just like Josh Allen. As long as it's muscle and not flab, it will only improve his game and better his chances of enduring the pounding he takes. (I also hope he worked with a baseball coach to teach him how to slide better)

I said "a little" overweight. There's a difference between the two. As in a little thicker I should have said. Maybe it's the picture angle. We'll see more from video clips.

Although there's speculation about where Lomu will play I think its a given he'll get reps at a few spots, including LT as we do indeed need a backup to Campbell - and as I've said before if someone beats him out and he gets moved to LG, so be it, as AVT's durability is in question and they can cut him after one season.

I'm somewhat more intrigued by what they do with Crownover who might get some time at backing up on the right side - but I can imagine them using him in schemes where they need a blocking TE.

He actually was recruited to play at TE but I'd guess his growing size had them rightly plug him in on the line. But a massive guy like that might be good in those blocking situations and one presumes he still knows how to catch if they want to catch a team by surprise.

But I'm not going to spend too much time worrying about where they use a 6th round pick - with his size I'd love to see how they use him though.

He's one of those guys who looks smaller on TV than he is.
We keep hearing over and over from new Patriots signed in free agency that theyr'e shocked by how big and thick Maye is.
Gilliam,Byard, Jones and Vera-Tucker all said that.

The hat looks out of place. The hand warmer makes no sense in May...especially where it's located, the color and how its only on the side. Fingers look messed up. Flying Elvis isn't red. The shape of one sneaker doesn't match the other...or the design. etc, etc...
