Matt Light had this same problem people still ignore to this day. When guys like Jason Taylor, Aaron Schobel, Robert Mathis, Dwight Freeney, Joey Porter, etc. got isolated with Light in obvious passing downs - they'd completely expose him. These plays went unnoticed because the Pats as a team had the upper hand where the scheme protected him along with others. The rest of the time Light was solid against mediocre to good pass rushers.

With that said, Myles Garrett looks superhuman in that clip. But the concerns many of us have had with Campbell are in that video alone. He gets overpowered and pushed back by a lot of pass rushers - not just Garrett. He has to get stronger at the point of attack as defenses are going to keep trying the sled drill with him until it stops.

By the way, Campbell is taking most of the blame, but the entire O-line was pretty bad in 2025. Posters seem to be in denial over that as well.

Well, Will Campbell going against Seahawks in week one is the best thing he could have asked for to redeem himself. Rooting for the kid.

I asked it because the only camp so far was rookie camp, and there was no confirmation of him attending it. I also ask it because it could have from a Facebook post by one of the numerous loser sites that post blatant lies every day. The other day there was an " article" on there claiming the Patriots had signed Deebo Samuel. Basically there is so much AI and photoshopped garbage out there that it's almost impossible to get accurate football information.

I am not sure it is AI, there were several non rookies training together, installing plays etc. The Patriots officially released these pictures.
Not sure if at rookie mini camp or not but you can see several players here.

A great word. I remember when I discovered it in an English class in college (We were discussing Samuel Purchas' Purchas his Pilgrim or Microcosmus, or the Historie of Man. Relating the Wonders of his Generation, Vanities in his Degeneration, Necessities of his Regenerations (1619). In the same class, I learned that when we form the possessive with an apostrophe, the apostrophe stands for the missing "hi" in the old possessive form "John his boat," which has now become "John's boat." This is such a cool story that I have never since bothered to check whether this is actually so. Perhaps some PatsFan can tell me, nicely, if it is not.

Jeremiad ls one of those words, like "schadenfreude" or "*******", which have very specific and very useful meanings. I am also aware, from the time I spend on political forums, that writing a good apoplectic Jeremiad is a really fun experience. I myself am pretty accomplished in the art, which I'm afraid makes me at times an *******. Fortunately, I am enough of an ******* that I just don't care that much. Ain't life complicated?

Then why does the pic of Maye have the Patriots logo with 5.4 million followers, but the one with Campbell have no logo attached to it?

Campbell and Crownover are one inch apart in height and weigh roughly the same. So it’s either AI or the photographer was on a hill with Crownover in the foreground. If it’s real one could also point out that Campbell is using good form and Crownover is getting stood up.

Southern cooking tends to be loaded with fats and sugars. I watched the old Paula Dean show a couple of times. Step one in most recipes was to chuck a pound of butter into the mixing bowl. I guess when you're Drake's age, though. you bidy will forgive you all sprts of indiscretions...for a while.
