Jared Wilson was the 2025 equivalent of Bryan Stork
I remember the time in 2006 when the Dolphins found a tape with the Patriots call on them. They shut out Brady 21-0. After the game, they bragged about the tape. There was even an ESPN article about it. When the NFL was asked if that was kosher, the NFL's Steve Alic replied, "That's football!" Granted, it as an audiotape, and not a video, but a tape is a tape.Happened in 2022 also with Patricia:

NoI wonder if stiffer competition might have prepared them for what came in the postseason?
Look at the patiots path/competition In the postseason in comparison to Seattles....
No OL protection no offense can be ran... ask Mahomes in the superbowl last season...It was not just the OL, they also had a pretty accurate tell on Drake. It appears that he was locking in on his target and does a click on his heel.

Seahawks had a tell on Patriots offense in Super Bowl, defender claims
The New England Patriots offense struggled mightily in Super Bowl LX, and throughout the day was seemingly one step behind the Seattle Seahawks defense.According to Seahawks cornerback Devon Witherspoon, that did not happen by accident. In fact, he claimed after the game that his team’s film study revealed some clear tendencies his unit was keying in on.“I knew what was going on,” Witherspoon told SiriusXM NFL Radio. “We had a good tell on what they like to do and how they like to play and how they were going to attack us. Coach put us in the best position to win. That’s our coach right there, that’s why we always stand beside him and always have his back.”The tell that Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald and his staff uncovered could be found along the offensive line.“We had a tell on their guards and their tackles, how they like to set, they’re going to overset on certain rushes, they’re going to fall for certain moves any time a group of guys get after them,” Witherspoon added. “I think we did that.”What exactly the Seahawks zeroed in on is not known at this point in time. However, Yahoo Sports’ Charles McDonald identified right guard Mike Onwenu as one potential source of information accidentally permeating from one side of the line of scrimmage to the other.
Vrabel. was asked about this today and in as many words dismissed it as B.S.
Hmmm, who has more of a reason to lie about it? Not sure I believe it's BS. Didn't look like BS on the field I know that much lol.
Agreed.. I have to check out the thread for sure.. we weren't ever given the respect from the jump.. Seattle had a readyade roster.I have a whole thread on this on the front page.
With a first place schedule, the Patriots would have lost 1 more game during the regular season -- assuming they lost to the Texans.
If they had a 1st place schedule, played and beaten the Texans, they would have finished with a ... 14-3 record.
Darnold went to team with an established roster.. Drake took our offensive roster and elevated it all season..I have a whole thread on this on the front page.

He didn't lead the Panthers to the superbowl when he was there.. he went from Jefferson to JSN..I have a whole thread on this on the front page.

I’ve been saying it since the Raider game, (and said it during the Brady years) conservative offense purportedly to “stay ahead of the sticks” and okay fit 3rd and short is bad football.Under McDaniels as the OC, the Pats have played in 6 Super Bowls. They've never scored a TD in the first quarter. That's 90 minutes of football where the team never started the game aggressively, went to establish a tone or try to surprise the opponent.
In SB 42, the Pats had 7 points at the half, and 7 points after 57 minutes of play.
In SB 49, the Pats had 14 points at the half and 14 points after 53 minutes of play.
In SB 51, the Pats had 3 points at the half and 3 points in 43 minutes of play.
In SB 52, the Pats had 12 points at the half
In SB 53, the Pats had 3 points at the half and 3 points after 53 minutes of play.
In SB 60, the Pats had 0 points at the half and 0 points after 48 minutes of play.
The team has consistently underperformed offensively in every SB he has called, especially in the first half, with the one exception being the Eagles SB where the defense was so bad, the Eagles didn't punt once so they had to play catch-up and McDaniels was forced to call a more aggressive game. Hell, even in SB 51, we spent 8 minutes on a drive late in the third to score 6 points while down 28-3. If the Falcons didn't have the biggest choke of all time, and just ran the ball on third and one, and while in FG range up 8 points, that 8-minute drive would have killed any chances due to how much time it took while down 25.
That has been the case every single time, conservative, unimaginative, scared play calling until the game gets out of hand and we had to throw a lot to have a chance like in SB 49, 51 and SB 52. As long as the game is low scoring or close, McDaniels simply refuses to take chances. He would rather go to OT tied at zero, than take a chance to gain the upper hand. We never play to WIN, we play not to lose, then play catch-up if the defense can't keep up with the other offense. We didn't play to win on Sunday, and no one should be surprised after six times.
Good pointsI have a whole thread on this on the front page.
